At first, I was genuinely impressed. The cap construction is excellent — it fits comfortably and securely, even with my 23.5-inch head circumference. The fibers felt incredibly soft, smooth, and natural. Honestly, it felt like I had hit the jackpot.
But things changed after the first wash. The texture and even the color seemed to fade a bit. It was still soft, but it didn’t dry straight anymore. I didn’t mind that at first because it still looked quite natural. The real problem quickly became clear — the hair puffed up and tangled like crazy, especially in the nape area. I used Ellen Wille products for human hair wigs, so I know it wasn’t because of the wrong care.
After the second wash, it completely lost its shape. It became so voluminous that it was hard to wear in public. I tried everything — heat protectant, a flat iron (140–160°C), a hot brush — but the fibers just got dull, stiff, and acted like synthetic hair that’s not heat-safe. There’s a wave in the nape area that I can’t get rid of no matter what I do, and it continued to tangle very quickly, possibly due to body heat.
I hope TressAllure offer guidance for those affected.
At first, I really loved this wig. It had so much potential. But the quality of the fiber is terrible. The wig’s performance after washing and regular wear was highly disappointing. For the price point, I expected greater durability.
I would definitely not buy it again and unfortunately I would not recommend it.
