- Inventory and Shipping:
- Most wigs/toppers ship directly from the manufacturers.
- Products listed as "in stock" on our website may not be available for immediate shipment. Some styles/colors may be on backorder.
- Contact Customer Service:
- We highly recommend contacting our customer service team for a stock check before placing your order.
- This helps to ensure that the item you're interested in is available and avoids any potential delays. Please Note: availability may change as orders are processed.
- Stock Check
- Backorder Options:
- If your order is placed on backorder, you have several options:
- Wait for Your Backorder: You can choose to wait until the item is back in stock and ready to ship.
- Change Your Order: Modify your order to select an alternative style/color that is available.
- Cancel Your Order: Opt to cancel your order for a full refund to your original method of payment.
- Modification and Cancellation:
- You can modify or cancel a backordered item at any time before it enters the restocking/shipping process.
- Once the item is in the restocking/shipping process, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
- Refund Process:
- If you decide to cancel a backorder, we will promptly notify the manufacturer.
- Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation of the cancellation from the manufacturer.
- Please note that this refund process may take up to 1 business day to complete. It may take additional time to appear on your account.
