Return Options (Quick Overview):

  • Store Credit: Full value, no restocking fee
  • Refund: 15% restocking fee applies
  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery
  • Condition: Item must be in original, unaltered condition

Return Window

You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. If you believe your item is defective, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

  • Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Free of odors, makeup, or damage
  • Returned with all original packaging
  • All factory tags must remain attached and unaltered

Refunds & Store Credit

Due to the delicate nature of toppers, returns for these items are eligible for store credit only.

 

  • Refunds: A 15% restocking fee applies
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only
  • Store Credit: No restocking fee
  • Store Credits do not expire
  • Store credit is our standard return option, as it allows you to receive the full value of your return. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please let us know when requesting your return.
  • Once a refund or store credit has been issued, it cannot be changed
  • Return processing may take up to 30 days. Most returns are processed sooner, depending on volume.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

 

  • Clearance items
  • Open box items
  • Human Hair products (all)
  • Accessories (including wig grips, caps, mannequins, hair tools and hair products)
  • Jacquelyn Kent products
  • Clothing & Accessories
  • Anything marked as Final Sale
  • Gift Cards

Return Shipping

 

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Your return must be postmarked by the date provided by customer service
  • Returns must be shipped to the address provided by customer service
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Unauthorized Returns

  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns
  • Unauthorized returns will receive a store credit only

Important Notes

 

  • All returns are inspected after they are received
  • Items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused or subject to additional fees
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns based on excessive return activity.
