Shirley's Wig Shoppe is the shipper for some of our products. Most wig orders will be shipped by the manufacturer. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive them in multiple shipments.
Products that are in stock will ship in 2-10 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding all holidays.
Shipping time will vary for Belle Tress Discontinued Color orders.
Expedited Shipping: Please request a stock check prior to placing your expedited shipping order. Expedited shipping starts from the ship date, not the date your order has been placed. Delivery dates are not guaranteed as issues may occur with the shipping carrier.
Ellen Wille products may sometimes ship from their warehouse in Germany. In this case, the shipping time can take up to 10-14 business days. These are not backordered items. Please request a stock check prior to purchasing if you cannot wait the additional shipping time. Cancellation is not an option for products shipped from the Germany warehouse.
Belle Tress products may take 3-10 business days to ship.
Out of Box/Clearance Items are packaged after purchased. The tracking information will show "Label Created" until the scheduled UPS pickup/dropoff. Our in stock orders ship in 3-7 business days.
Free Shipping is offered if your order total is $150 or more. Orders cannot be combined to receive free shipping. Free Shipping is not available on international orders.
Live Shows - orders are charged shipping per order. The shipping charges cannot be combined. Products purchased from Anna and Carrie's live shows may take 5-14 business days to ship.
Extra Fees: A 25% restocking fee will be charged if your shipping address was incorrect, your address was undeliverable, or for delivery refusal/return to sender.
Missing/Stolen Packages: Shirley's Wig Shoppe offers Route package protection. If your package is missing, please contact Route. If you didn't choose Route package protection at checkout, please contact the shipping carrier. Shirley's Wig Shoppe is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), Northen Mariana Islands (MP), Puerto Rico (PR), and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI) shipments may take up to 10 business days to ship.
International Customers: orders may take up to 10-14 business days to ship. Additionally, our shipping fee covers only the cost of shipping. It does not include any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please Note: We may hold all international orders until we have all products in your order.
Your order will be shipped from the manufacturer to Shirley's Wig Shoppe first. Once received, Shirley will ship your order to you using the carrier you selected at checkout.
- Products in stock at the manufacturer: These typically ship from Shirley's Wig Shoppe within 2-5 business days after arrival.
- Products in stock at Shirley's Wig Shoppe: These usually ship directly to you within 2-5 business days.
You can also choose to use a 3rd party freight forwarder to your destination.
