For International Customers (Outside the USA): The shipping charge is only for shipping of the products ordered. International customers are responsible for any additional charges (customs, etc.) Shirley's Wig Shoppe MUST fill out customs forms with the correct information. We will NOT change cost, etc. on customs forms.
The manufacturers will ship your order to Shirley's Wig Shoppe. Shirley will then ship to you via the carrier you chose during checkout. Products that are in stock at the manufacturer will usually ship from Shirley's Wig Shoppe in 5-10 business days. Products that are in stock at Shirley's Wig Shoppe will usually ship in 3-5 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on orders outside the USA and Canada at this time.
International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
