Order Changes & Cancellations

Please double check your order before submitting it.

All orders are processed quickly so we can ship your items as soon as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations will be possible.

Orders may begin processing immediately after they are placed, including outside of our customer service hours.

Requesting an Order Change or Cancellation

To request an order change or cancellation, please email customerservice@shirleyswigshoppe.com as soon as possible.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled. Sending an email does not pause or stop the order process.

If we are unable to cancel your order, you may request a return once it has been delivered. Please refer to our Return Policy for eligibility.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale items cannot be cancelled.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Backorders

Backorders may be canceled unless the order is already in the restocking or shipping process. Backorder cancellations are not subject to a fee.

Please allow up to 10 business days for backorder cancellation requests to be processed.

Payment Changes, Store Credits, Gift Cards & Coupons

We cannot change the method of payment once an order has been submitted.

Store credits, gift cards, coupons, promotional discounts, and Loyalty Rewards coupons must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

We are unable to cancel and replace an order for the purpose of changing the payment method or applying a store credit, gift card, coupon, promotional discount, or Loyalty Rewards coupon.

Shipping Address Changes

We cannot update shipping addresses after an order has processed.

If an incorrect shipping address was entered, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Payment

All orders are charged at the time of checkout.

International Customers

International customers may have additional cancellation, return, or withdrawal rights under the consumer protection laws applicable in their country. Where required by law, those rights will apply.

EU Right of Withdrawal

The EU Right of Withdrawal is available only to customers who are entitled to this right under applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

Customers located in the United States and other countries where the EU Right of Withdrawal does not apply should not use the EU withdrawal form to request an order cancellation or return.

All other cancellation and return requests must be submitted in accordance with our Order Changes & Cancellations Policy and Return Policy.
