Order Changes & Cancellations

Please double check your order before submitting it.

All orders are processed quickly so we can ship your items as soon as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations will be possible.

Orders may begin processing immediately after they are placed, including outside of our customer service hours. Sending an email does not pause or stop the order process.

If we are unable to cancel your order, you may request a return once it has been delivered. Please refer to our return policy for eligibility.

Final Sale items cannot be canceled.

Pre-orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Backorders may be canceled unless the order is already in the restocking or shipping process. Backorder cancellations are not subject to a fee.

International Orders: A 15% cancellation fee applies to processed orders.

We cannot change payment information once an order has been submitted.

We cannot update shipping addresses after an order has processed. If an incorrect address was entered, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

All orders are charged at the time of checkout.
