Not happy

I bought this hat and wig a few months ago.. when it came, the back just flipped up.. no matter what I did , it just flipped.. so sent it back.. then a few weeks later, I reordered it, cause I really like and want this hat/wig.. I think I received the same one that I returned.. I'm very disappointed... Any suggestions on how to fix it? I'm sure I can't use a curling iron..

Not happy

I bought this hat and wig a few months ago.. when it came, the back just flipped up.. no matter what I did , it just flipped.. so sent it back.. then a few weeks later, I reordered it, cause I really like and want this hat/wig.. I think I received the same one that I returned.. I'm very disappointed... Any suggestions on how to fix it? I'm sure I can't use a curling iron..
