Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

A 10% (minimum $10) cancellation fee for all pre-order cancellations.

If your pre-order is in the stocking/shipping process, we will be unable to cancel the order.

The manufacturers give us an ETA (estimated time of arrival) for all pre-orders. These dates sometimes change, which is beyond our control.
