International Shipping Policy

Inventory & Availability

Items may not always be in stock at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend requesting a stock check before placing an order to avoid delays.

Inventory information provided by manufacturers is subject to change without notice.

If a product is on backorder, you will receive a backorder notification by email with the estimated availability date.

Processing Time

Unless you purchase an Open Box item, your order must first be shipped from the manufacturer to Shirley's Wig Shoppe before it can be processed and forwarded to your international shipping address. This additional step requires 5–14 business days of processing time before shipment.

Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping time begins once your order has been shipped to you. If you select expedited shipping at checkout, the expedited timeline applies after the order leaves our facility—not from the date the order is placed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
We do not collect or charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Any such charges incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: We may hold international orders until all items in your order have arrived and are ready to ship together.

There is a 15% cancellation fee for all international orders that have been processed.

Refusal of Delivery: A 25% fee (minimum $20) will be charged for any refusal of delivery.

International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
