Order Changes & Cancellations

Please make sure that you double check your order before submitting it. We are unable to make changes to or cancel orders after they have been placed.

The order process moves very quickly so we can get your items to you in a timely matter.

We cannot change payment information once it has been submitted. Please be sure you are using the correct form of payment before completing your order. 

Please contact the shipping carrier if you provided us with an incorrect shipping address. We cannot make address changes once your order has processed.

Backorders may be cancelled unless the order is in the restocking/shipping process. Backorders are not subject to a cancellation fee.

All orders are charged as soon as you complete the checkout process.

You will be charged a 25% restocking fee if your address was incorrect/undeliverable/refused. A store credit will be issued minus the restocking fee.
