Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Should any item be damaged in shipping from the manufacturer's warehouse to you, or a defect in your item is a concern, please email us at customerservice@shirleyswigshoppe.com immediately so that we may coordinate a re-shipment of your item(s), along with a return authorization for the item received.

You are welcome and encouraged to submit photos of your concerns. With any purchase that is perceived to be defective, we do our best to issue a pre-paid label (call-tag) to consumers to cover the return shipping costs. This is not always an option and will vary with each manufacturer.
