This clever top-of-head filler piece has a natural-looking crown and secures with four pressure sensitive clips.

Top Tier will add natural fullness and coverage to the top and hairline in seconds. It’s also an easy way to try bangs without cutting your own hair. When placed at the hairline, the bangs can be worn forward or to the side.

The layered hair is between 9"-12" in length and comes smooth and straight out of the box.
