New Changes to Our Store Policies - ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the recent abuse of our generous Return Policy and chargeback fraud, we were forced to rethink and amend our policies. Effective November 8, 2021, 3:00 pm EST the following policies are effective:
All Sales Are Final - including ALL Wigs.
- There are NO Returns, exchanges, cancellations or changes of any kind to an order.
- Once an order is placed, that is the order we will fulfill. Please double check your order and be very sure your are ordering exactly what you want.
- Backordered Items: If you placed an order for an item that is on backorder you are agreeing to allow 30 days for us to ship your wig. If, due to manufacturing issues or any issues beyond our control, we can not deliver within 30 days, you will be contacted and have the following options: 1) Change your order: 2) Wait for your wig to arrive in stock; or 3) Cancel and receive a full refund to your original method of payment. You always have the option of emailing us to check stock prior to making your purchase so that their are no surprises.
- Defective Merchandise: If you receive an item you believe to be defective, email us within 3 business days. We will provide you the information needed to send your item back to the manufacturer. Only the manufacturer will determine if your item qualifies as defective. Shirley's Wig Shoppe Inc and Shirley J. Berry will have no responsibility in making any determination on perceived defective merchandise and will be held harmless for any loss associated with the manufacturers determination.
We only deal with quality manufacturers and are listed as an authorized retailer on their websites. You can be confident you are receiving the highest quality merchandise.
